Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Relay 2022

SoldOut Events played a critical role in delivering the Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Relay across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne. Responsibilities included tour planning, transport logistics, and crew resourcing, as well as managing trophy transport, scheduling, and on-ground staffing. The team ensured key activation and media call deadlines were met in each state, working closely with stakeholders to align with production schedules. Post-tour wrap and reporting were also managed to capture insights and demonstrate delivery excellence.
